His initiatives have included the #OneMealManyThanks campaign for Restaurants, Siqalo SMME support fund, “Sekela” for Caterers and Bakers, Junior Chef of the Year youth initiative.

The initiatives are focused on the purpose of driving skills growth to build disadvantaged individuals’ livelihoods to provide for their families.

A recent high profile speaking event was the Bloom Inside Out, Leading with Purpose Event in Durban South Africa in July 2024, where he shared his insight in how to lead change for the good from within corporates to benefit the community. The audience were young female entrepreneurs, CEOs, Government Leaders and students. The organisation is a support network for ladies in Business.
